Dr. Wajdi Abushabab offers around 30 years of solid business, management, leadership, and sports background as well as extensive practical experience in the world of training, coaching and consultancy. He finished his doctoral degree from the University of Bradford – UK and finished his MBA from the University of Birmingham in the UK, winning the Chevening Scholarship from the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Dr. Wajdi is an International EFQM Excellence Assessor (European Foundation for Quality Management) and a certified Master Trainer from the World Bank (IFC) and a certified Coach and Master Trainer the University of Cambridge (CIE&ICE) in the UK. Over the last 20 years, Dr. Wajdi has conducted many lecturing, training, mentoring, coaching and consultancy projects in the area of Leadership, Strategic Management, Team Building, Customer Service, and Organizational Excellence through his own company, Career International Institute, and many partner universities targeting governmental organizations, private companies, and local and international NGOs in several countries such as United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, KSA, Oman, Yemen, Iraq, Egypt, Sudan, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine. Moreover, Dr. Wajdi trained governmental leaders and officials from the USA, UK, France, and Singapore. Regarding voluntary work, Dr. Wajdi is a former vice president of the Palestine Equestrian Federation. He is currently the vice president of West Asia Triathlon Federation and has represented his country, Palestine, in many international events.
