The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) has introduced a Model called “The Impact Leadership Model”. It embodies the type of leader we need, who will deliver value to business, society and shaping the future we want. Although we are very keen about this impact model, our main objective in the present paper is to confirm that the Cambridge Impact Leadership Model created in the year 2018 takes the approach and is one of the models that the Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) advocated more than 1400 years ago. We aim to reflect this by a single example during the Prophet’s life, namely, the “Peace Treaty of Al-Hudaibiyah” which helped Islam to flourish in the Arabian Peninsula.
